Kabartma Düşler Special Education and Rehabilitation Center, established in 2008, is the economic foundation of the Parıltı Support Association for Visually Impaired Children. In our foundation, education is given to the visually impaired within the scope of the Visually Impaired Individuals Support Training Program determined by the Ministry of National Education. Our education staff consists of visually impaired teachers, special education teachers, preschool teachers, and psychologists.
